Our Story
We are Dylan and Brenna Monke, the husband-and-wife team behind Monke Micro Farm. Our journey with microgreens began a decade ago when Brenna was inspired by a small-scale microgreen farm she photographed for a magazine in Arizona. It was then that she dreamed of starting her own microgreen farm. Four years ago, during Brenna's pregnancy, we started growing microgreens for ourselves to boost our intake of vitamins and minerals naturally. This personal venture blossomed into a shared passion, leading us to nourish our community with the tiniest of vegetables – microgreens!
